The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)

Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner

Years of Experience: Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; Previous dementia experience preferred

License: N/A
