Position Description: Responsible for assisting the Property Manager to effectively manage the community, and assume the responsibilities of the Property Manager in his/her absence. The schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays if needed. The Assistant Property Manager will report to the Property Manager.

Position Description: The Teen Youth Program Assistant will lead daily activities and engage youth in education-centered after-school and summer youth programs, including but not limited to, homework/academic assistance, fitness, reading, and enrichment.
