Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales / Customer Service Support role within the electronics connectors industry. This position is located in Austin, Texas and will be part of a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities: Establishing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of customers to drive sales Efficiently handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise Accurately processing customer credit applications and ensuring proper documentation Managing and monitoring customer accounts, initiating appropriate actions when needed Using CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities Providing support to the sales manager in managing sales territories Conducting regular email communication and occasional phone calls with customers Utilizing SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other software systems for various tasks such as coding and pricing Balancing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Collaborating with the team to maintain a strong team culture and ensure efficient operations. Requirements Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer interactions and data Experience in answering inbound calls to resolve customer queries and complaints Ability to handle billing functions and processes accurately and efficiently Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members Knowledge of SAP software for managing business operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Demonstrated customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Experience in email communications to respond to customer inquiries and issues.
