AECOM is seeking a full-time on-site Senior Construction Manager to provide the planning, management and execution of activities related to the construction of tunnels and pump stations.  This individual’s primary responsibility for assuring quality of the construction and safety.Additional responsibilities include:Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.May have budget responsibilities.Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization.Works as a team member to oversee the administration of very large projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day.
