Responsibilities will include:
· Assisting in training and developing the Personal Lines service staff on the service support requirements of increasingly complex Personal Lines Accounts
· Acting as a technical expert for the agency management, production staff, and personal lines service support staff on current products and services offered within the personal lines insurance industry
· Analyzing complex client policy profiles to identify for account-rounding or coverage enhancement opportunities
· Analyzing carrier quotes and coverages to determine the best options for the client; reviewing new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage
· Providing policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communications;
· ensuring all activities and in-bound or out-bound interactions are documented in agency management system
· Presenting Company products to new and existing customers by collaborating in renewal strategies, and preparing proposals
· Completing exposure analysis to determine client needs and ensure that client exposure is minimized; maintaining current knowledge of company underwriting and rating information
