We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer, Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to streamline our organization's IT service management processes and enhance overall efficiency.Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirementsAnalyze and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations to improve performance and user experienceCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDesign and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services and REST APIsProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applicationsCreate and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and processesParticipate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesStay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed
