Description We are looking for a PART TIME Staff Accountant for 4 months. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the month-end close process. You will apply your knowledge of SaaS industry accounting principles and your expertise in NetSuite to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. 20-25 hours/week. Flexible schedule!Responsibilities: Play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Manage day-to-day financial transactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with accounting principles. Assist in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts. Apply your knowledge of SaaS industry accounting principles to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. Utilize your expertise in NetSuite to navigate and manage financial data efficiently. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure the availability of necessary documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of financial processes and controls. Conduct daily reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
