Join us and help change the world of real estate, one home at a time.Job Title: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement AnalystJob Duties: Move, Inc., a subsidiary of News Corp, is a leading provider of online real estate services and operates the Move network of real estate websites (including realtor.com) and mobile experiences for consumers and real estate professionals. We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Analyst to join the team in our Austin, TX office. Individual will be responsible for supporting strategic sourcing, vendor management and internal stakeholder management at realtor.com across all business units. This role will support strategic sourcing processes and initiatives that take into consideration the impact on operations, customers, and internal partners.This position will also support consistency in approach and quality and depth of analysis during the procurement/sourcing process, will help control and reduce spend across the organization, provide ad-hoc analyses, and will report into the Director of Strategic Sourcing.Job responsibilities and duties include:

Develop, strategize, implement, and manage sourcing for select spend categories

Establish and nurture relationships with key vendors and respective supplier base

Demonstrate best practices for supplier relationship management and support vendor business reviews

Work cross-functionally with FP&A and stakeholders to develop savings targets and deliver agreed upon economic value to the Business

Evaluate total cost/supply analyses to identify opportunities to reduce Total Cost Ownership

Serve as a business partner to key Business Unit stakeholders by identifying their critical business requirements and providing procurement services to meet/exceed their deliverables

Lead supplier engagement processes including conducting vendor due diligence, RFx, negotiations and vendor management across a variety of categories

Prepare and execute clear, structured, negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process

Managing the contract database and Procurement sourcing tools

Align with consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groups to drive compliance

Institutionalize procurement performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance

This position has no direct reports and does not supervise or manage any other personnel.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any related quantitative field of study, plus at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) involving procurement or strategic sourcing.Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, knowledge, skill, and/or experience with the following:

Communicating with and leading stakeholders

Demonstrated ability and experience making decisions/recommendations based on cost/financial analysis

Superior negotiation skills demonstrated by a proven track record of developing mutually beneficial relationships with vendors

Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, procurement rate cards, strategic alliances, and supplier certification

Performing external market analysis to ensure best pricing/service mix

No travel required. Work from home (WFH) benefit available; must be able to come in office a minimum of 3 days a week.Additional Information:
