Our client, a retirement services company, is seeking a Talent Mgmt - Team Assistant

Job Summary:
General Support and Coordination of Talent Management Programs and Processes
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide operational support for performance management activities
-Support new hire activities - inclusive of Welcome Breakfast, create Biographical statements, Welcome packets, etc.
-Provide logistical support for Talent Management activities - including but not limited to: Monthly staff meetings, Bi-annual Executive Fireside Chats, Annual Townhall, Holiday events
-Compile initial draft of Talent Management Executive Weekly and Management Committee reports
-Generate ad-hoc talent management reports
-Data collection, entry, and processing
-Support design, creation, and execution of surveys for Talent Management
-Support creation and editing of document graphics & PowerPoint presentations
-Provide general support of virtual meetings and events
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-One year of experience in related field
-Experience with data collection and entry
-Continued learning of new technology and tools used in the industry for events and communications
-Skill in organizing and coordinating work assignments to effectively meet frequent and/or multiple deadlines, in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and in managing conflicting priorities and demands
-Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
-Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, agency staff and external contacts, and to work effectively in a professional team environment
-Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment driven by change, improvement, and service
-Extensive skill in using a computer in a Windows environment with word processing (MS Word), presentations (MS PowerPoint), and calendaring (Outlook)
-Basic-level experience with spreadsheets (MS Excel)
