The Role -Unix System Admin

Location- Denver-CO/ Austin,Texas

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve incidents and problems in accordance within defined guidelines and meet operational level agreements
  • Implement change requests and meet project deliverables within defined guidelines
  • Vendor contact for routine, documented incidents as well as operational problems
  • Support the development and incorporation of best practices and approaches into the company's processes and methodologies.
  • Provide automation solutions of manual tasks performed by infrastructure support.
  • This position requires a dynamic, hard-working and ambitious individual, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Deliver automation solutions for self-heal and self-service
  • Ability to support, manage and investigate issues on at least 3 or 4 of these technologies: Linux (Redhat, CentOs), AIX, GPFS, ESX, Docker, Kubernetes
