Lazy Bones Kava is looking for an experienced Bartender/Barista to join our growing team. We are a health conscious, alcohol free, pet-friendly establishment. We are a plant-based botanical company.
As a bartender/barista at Lazy Bones Kava, you’ll create the experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll be in an energetic bar environment where you’ll have the ability to master your beverage craft, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. A cup or a shell and smile can go a long way, and we believe our bartenders/baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer’s day.

Multiple shifts available (A.M and P.M 8:00am-Midnight)
Responsibilities
. Prepare non-alcohol plant based mixed drinks.
. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
. Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
. Establish CONNECTIONS, serve with URGENCY, and maintain POSITIVE ENERGY.
. Assess customers needs preferences and recommendations. Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/orholidays.
. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
. Comply with all beverage regulations. Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
. Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Basic Qualifications
. Must be 18 yrs of age, reliable transportation, Valid ID.
. Bartender/Server/Barista experience.
. Proficient ability to create, mix, garnish & serve drinks.
. Excellent communication & customer service skills.
. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
