Drinks Lounge has been kicking it on the east side for 10 years now. We are a majority woman-owned and operated team of local Austinites.
We like to hire A team bartenders that have at least 2 years experience behind the bar serving customers directly. This is a neighborhood hang so we're looking for bartenders that know how to connect with people and build regulars but also get out from behind the bar to take care of customers at their tables.
Attributes of ideal candidates include:
+ 2 years bartending experience
+ Classic cocktail knowledge
+ Reliable transportation
What we offer:
+ $5/hour + tips (pooled per shift)
+ Health, vision & dental insurance after 90 days
+ $200 monthly company contribution to your insurance
+ Set schedule of 4-5 shifts a week
