Job Title: Alarm Technician (FAL Certified)

Pay: Up to $25/hour or more, based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with potential for overtime
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Alarm Technician with a valid FAL (Fire Alarm License) to join our team in Round Rock, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm systems, and must be able to communicate effectively in English. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right individual.
Responsibilities:
Install, test, and service fire alarm and security systems
Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair alarm system issues
Ensure systems comply with local, state, and national codes
Maintain accurate documentation and service reports
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors
Requirements:
Valid FAL (Fire Alarm License) – Required
Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR – Required
Prior experience with alarm system installation and service
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean background preferred
