Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Crew Leader/Field Supervisor to oversee maintenance and irrigation crews, ensure high-quality work, maintain equipment, and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage crews, schedules, and job sites.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
Build strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct training.
Requirements:
5+ years in landscape maintenance or irrigation.
Leadership experience with hands-on equipment use.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license (clean record).
Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) or irrigation certification.
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience).
Bonuses: For upselling services and meeting performance goals.
