Landscape Maintenance/Gardening (Austin)
compensation: $22.50-$26.00/hr, depending on experience.
Job opening for Crew Leader/Driver/Gardener position with established Landscape company in Austin. Company has been around for 30+ years and works on high end residential landscape installs and maintenance.
To be considered for this job you MUST have the following.
# valid Texas driver's license
# you must have a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and be insurable
# be able to pull and back trailers.
# must be willing to get dirty - there is a good deal of manual labor and sweating involved in this job
# must have knowledge of basic lawn equipment
Experience in any of the following would be big pluses.
# general plant knowledge - esp with Native Plants.
# pruning, weeding, plant care etc.
# irrigation experience, esp repair or troubleshoot.
# knowledge of organic weed and pest identification and control.
# ability to speak some Spanish fluency is not necessary.
This is a full time position. Must be able to work Mon-Fri 7:30 to 5pm
