At MUSE we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to be the face of our business! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
.Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
.Take orders accurately and efficiently (POS experience a plus)
.Assist with food and drink service as needed
.Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer-facing areas
.Communicate effectively with kitchen and back-of-house staff
.Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly and politely
What We’re Looking For:
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.Reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule availability
.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
.Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Must be available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
