The Groundskeeper and Handyman is responsible for:
- Maintaining outdoor grounds including mowing, trimming bushes, weeding
- Mulching and planting seasonal beds
- Maintaining the irrigation system
- Maintaining pool
- Washing windows
- Washing cars
- Cleaning garages, patios, and pool area
- Blowing and pressure washing
- Completing small repairs
This position is for a homeowner that desires a part-time person to maintain their property. Position is guaranteed 20 hours per week. Pay is $15/hour.
