We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Porter to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of our property.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekends as needed

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the cleanliness of the community grounds, leasing office, amenities, and building exteriors
Maintain the property’s curb appeal at an excellent standard
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep tasks throughout the community
Proactively identify safety concerns and report them promptly
Communicate clearly with the Maintenance Lead regarding repairs, issues, or concerns
Assist with occasional office-related responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills
Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards
Bilingual preferred, but not required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Working Conditions:
This is a hands-on position that combines physical work with occasional office responsibilities. Significant time will be spent outdoors, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
