Responsibilities:
- Perform light repairs and fixture replacements
- Troubleshoot small electrical and plumbing issues (outlets, faucets, drains, toilets)
- Assemble furniture, hang shelves, and install basic hardware
- Report property damage or safety issues
- Support emergency call-outs or after-hours requests when available
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic tools
- Smartphone
- Proven maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience
- Professional communication
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and operate as a 1099 contractor.
