Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and versatile Maintenance/Driver to join our team. This position supports the daily operation of seven restaurants, a warehouse, and food deliveries to two locations three times a week. The role combines maintenance duties with driving and delivery responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running of all our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Tasks:
o Conduct regular maintenance and repairs across our seven restaurant locations and warehouse.
o Ensure all equipment is properly functioning and perform minor repairs as needed.
o Complete daily inspections of the facilities and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
o Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and general appliances.
o Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
o Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when needed.
o Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
Driving & Deliveries:
o Drive company vehicles to deliver food to two designated locations three times a week.
o Ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of goods.
o Assist in loading and unloading items at each location.
General Support:
o Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organizing supplies.
o Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure it is ready for scheduled routes.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License (with a clean driving record)
Experience in Maintenance/Handyman Work (preferred)
Good Communication Skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Physical ability to perform general maintenance and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable Transportation to commute to various locations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in facility or restaurant maintenance preferred.
Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
