Ogle Properties is seeking a motivated and dependable individual with a strong, positive attitude toward customer service to serve as a porter for our commercial buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean all doors, including inside and outside surfaces, door jambs, and the area surrounding the front entrance.
Wash all windows and window tracks to ensure a polished appearance.
Dust, vacuum, and clean the lobby, model unit, pool bathrooms, and porches at least once per week.
Clean all light fixtures and replace light bulbs as needed to maintain a well-lit environment.
Empty trash bags and clean and deodorize garbage and trash cans regularly.
Report any maintenance issues promptly
Assist with grounds maintenance, ensuring all common areas are free of debris.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities independently.
Strong customer service skills are essential.
Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying various items as required.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
Able to bend, stoop, and climb as necessary to complete tasks.
Must have access to a reliable car for traveling to different property locations.
