Job Title: Ranch Manager
Location: Round Mountain, Texas

Job Description: A beautiful 170-acre ranch in Round Mountain, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ranch Manager. This is a full-time, live-on-site position ideal for a responsible individual or couple who enjoys rural living and working with animals.
Responsibilities:
Animal Care: Oversee the care and well-being of 20 cows, 7 dogs, and a zillion quail.
General Handyman Skills: Perform maintenance and repairs as needed on the ranch property.
Lawn Mowing & Landscaping: Ensure that the lawn is healthy and maintained, free of weeds with functional irrigation. Care for flowers, hedges, trees and our small fruit and veggie garden. Maintain ranch fences and gates.
Errands: Run various errands as needed for the ranch and the employers.
Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as needed to support owners in daily living needs.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English.
Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
Experience in animal care, landscaping, and general maintenance.
Basic mechanical knowledge- tractors/ lawn equipment
Ability to live on-site and manage the ranch full-time.
No children.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
Ability to lift and carry large bags of animal feed.
