The Roll off Systems Manager is responsible for managing the Austin Roll-Off Drivers and Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) Operations Technicians, as well as providing drivers for our on-site hauling requests. This position’s responsibilities include managing the Austin routes, resources, and drivers and assisting and supporting operations managers at remote locations with any additional resources needed.
High school diploma or equivalent,
Five years experience managing operational systems,
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite – e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook,
Excellent management and leadership skills,
Must demonstrate excellent time management skills;
Solid waste background
Some college courses
Routing experience with commercial routes
Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License
Safe driving record for the last five years
Valid Texas Class C driver’s license
Safe driving record for the last three years
