Austin Moss Creations builds moss walls and art installations seen in hotels, restaurants, and offices across the country. We’re looking for responsible, organized studio assistants who can keep our production running smoothly.
This is hands-on work. You’ll be working with natural materials, substrates, and glue. It can be physically demanding at times, but it’s rewarding if you bring the right attitude. The ideal person is someone who takes pride in doing things well, keeps the space clean, and treats the studio as if it were their own.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage moss inventory as shipments arrive (sorting, organizing, tracking)
Learn how to work with substrates and glue for moss installations
Assist with assembly, packaging, and staging of moss panels
Keep the studio organized and ready for production every day
Support the team during larger projects and installs

Ability to stay organized and on task
Comfortable with hands-on, sometimes repetitive work
Strong sense of ownership (you treat the studio like it’s yours)
Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable
