MUST HAVE JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE.
Interface with maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
Train and provide work direction to assigned employees; assign and review the work of others.
Good verbal communication skills
