Tree Amigos, a professional tree service company in Austin, Texas, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking tree crew groundsperson to join our team. We offer competitive pay starting at $20/hour with potential for up to $25/hour based on experience, physical capabilities, and ability to drive large trucks.

Responsibilities:
Dragging and disposing of brush
Carrying logs and loading them onto trucks
Operating ropes and rigging equipment to lower branches and logs safely
Site preparation and cleanup before and after tree work
Assisting climbers and aerial lift operators with equipment and materials
Maintaining and organizing tools, equipment, and vehicles
Ensuring safety protocols are followed by all crew members
Chipping branches and disposing of wood debris
Communicating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Supporting other crew members as needed during tree removal, pruning, and planting jobs.
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well in a team environment
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Basic knowledge of tree care industry tools and equipment (preferred, but not required)
Valid driver's license; experience driving large trucks is a plus
Ability to lift heavy objects and carry them over uneven terrain
Flexibility in work hours, as job sites and schedules may vary
Previous experience in tree care, landscaping, or a similar industry (preferred, but not required)
