Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of our models, with a primary focus on driving traffic to their accounts on platforms such as OnlyFans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement for our models' profiles on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, & Reddit.
Select and curate engaging content tailored to each platform and our target audience.
Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our models' brands.
Collaborate with our models and internal team to brainstorm content ideas and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging social media platforms to ensure models remain relevant and highly visible.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the adult or influencer marketing industry.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms, particularly Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Reddit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with followers effectively.
Creative mindset with a knack for generating innovative ideas and campaigns.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
