We are an established influencer marketing agency in search of a dedicated TikTok to Instagram Content Manager. This vital role involves manually downloading content from TikTok using a mobile device and uploading it to Instagram, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee eight Instagram accounts, with a commitment to post daily on each account.
- Download content from TikTok manually using a mobile device and subsequently upload it to Instagram.
- Engage with the Instagram platform by interacting with comments before posting, engaging with Reels and the Discovery page, and responding to 3-5 DMs per day to positively influence the algorithm.
Compensation:
Compensation is structured at $150 per device, with each device managing four Instagram accounts. The initial role involves managing two devices (totaling eight accounts), equating to a starting compensation of $300/month.
There is potential for increased compensation and responsibility for additional accounts based on performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Candidates must own at least two iPhones, as content will be managed using these devices, with four accounts assigned to each iPhone.
- Experience in managing social media accounts, particularly TikTok and Instagram, is essential.
- Ability to interact engagingly with the platform’s features and users to foster a vibrant community presence.
- Must be located in the USA, preferably Texas.
- This is a freelance position, requiring the individual to invoice for each payment cycle, with detailed billing for services rendered.
