Austin Moss Creations designs and builds custom moss walls and art installations featured in hotels, restaurants, and offices across the country. We’re looking for responsible, detail-oriented Moss Art Assistants to keep our production running smoothly and help bring our projects to life.
This is a hands-on role working with natural materials, substrates, and adhesives. It can be physically demanding at times, but highly rewarding if you bring focus, reliability, and pride in your work. The ideal candidate is someone who values quality, organization, and teamwork — and treats the studio as if it were their own.
Responsibilities
Receive and manage moss shipments: sorting, organizing, and tracking inventory
Learn techniques for working with substrates and adhesives for moss installations
Assist with assembly, packaging, and staging of moss panels and art pieces
Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready studio space
Support the team during larger builds, deliveries, and installation projects
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (English & Spanish is a plus!) — perfect for motivated college students
Steady, positive attitude (reliable and drama-free)
Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on task
Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks when needed
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
Comfortable lifting 10–20 lbs

Contractor-based / 1099 employee position.
Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
