Administrative Assistant for Busy CEO

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Must Live in Austin, TX

Type: FT or PT

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Reports to: CEO

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and COO. This role involves a mix of business and personal tasks, requiring someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Business Tasks (70%):

Manage and organize emails and correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist with project management and follow-ups.

Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.

Conduct research and compile data as needed.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Personal Tasks (30%):

Coordinate personal appointments and schedules.

Assist with organizing family activities and events, including school and sports events.

Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and family.

Handle other personal errands and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have personal transportation

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Discretion and confidentiality.

High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
