Growing Solar Company serving central Texas in need of qualified Administrator / Receptionists to join our team to help the owners and company management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is interested in learning more about the Solar industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Perform data entry and maintain organized records
Handle various clerical tasks, such as filing, scanning and correspondence
Provide general office support
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience
Reliable Transportation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency including MS office, word, excel, internet searches
PREFERRED:
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - but not required, but a plus!
Hours & compensation:
Full-time office position only! M-F 9-5
Pay dependent on experience
