We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative & Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing internal programs, partner, supplier, and customer relationships while also contributing to the growth and improvement of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals. Administrative Duties

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and coordinating with suppliers and partners. Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Update and manage customer information in HubSpot or other CRM platforms. Marketing Support

Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts. Write engaging blog content and utilize tools like ChatGPT for content creation. Contribute to marketing campaigns and design projects as needed. Sales Assistance

Support sales efforts by preparing quotes, responding to inquiries, and following up with potential customers. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing customers. Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with the team to identify areas for operational improvement. Stay proactive in learning and growing within the role to support the company’s success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in work.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey professionalism and friendliness in customer interactions.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot (or other CRMs), QuickBooks, and social media platforms.

Marketing & Design: Experience with content creation, social media management, or design tools is a plus.

Outgoing Personality: Enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and being a positive representative of the company.

Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, improve, and take on new challenges.

Desired Experience:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles. Background in the pool industry or home services is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of marketing strategies, including blog writing, social media, and content creation tools like ChatGPT. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software.

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 30 hours per week with some flexibility in scheduling. Work will be conducted primarily from our Liberty Hill office.
