We're looking for a friendly, warm, professional who can provide a great first interaction with our new clients. Multi-tasking is key as there are spikes in activity. Taking initiative is also an important part of keeping the studio running smoothly. Here are some bullet points on the typical day to day activities : - Welcoming clients entering the studio - Answering phone calls / emails - Helping clients schedule and purchase their lessons & group classes - Overseeing everything runs smoothly during your shift, i.e. new students know where to go for group classes, teachers are paired with their appropriate private lesson students, answering any questions clients bring to the front desk - General tidying of the studio to make sure everything is presentable, bathrooms stocked and clean, beverages available - Specifically designated projects (examples : running a report, printing and hanging posters, etc)
