Requirements
Dispatching and scheduling experience required.
PLUMBING (experience is a plus)
Answer multiple phone lines, make appointments, and dispatch technicians to the next call based on the current GPS location or priority.
Check all emails daily for job requests.
Assist Manager as needed
Run errands
Intuit Field Service (experience is a plus)
Give Tech's PO#s and keep spreadsheet
Must know how to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Intermediate spreadsheet skills (preferred)
Good work ethics.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize work.
Computer proficiency.
Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team and company as a whole
A high level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness
Good attendance.
