Maya Star and Co-Star are looking for a full-time qualified, self-motivated operations manager/bookkeeper to help run day-to-day operations, ordering, inventory
management, accounting, HR, & payroll.
Desired Skills:
Budgeting/forecasting
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Experience completing month-end bank reconciliations & profit and loss statements
Understanding of AP/AR in a retail setting
Attention to detail

Job Duties:
Manage inventory & product flow
Vendor relations
Release orders from vendors as they become available and are needed
Oversee purchasing
Accounts receivable/payable
Provide bookkeeping and reconciliation of all accounts
Profit & Loss Statements
Sales Tax
Payroll & Payroll Tax
Run Commission
Supervise quarterly physical inventory
Other duties as assigned
