We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as an Office Administrator. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our firm and requires someone who is able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for attorneys
- Handle billing and invoicing tasks
- Assist with research and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a legal office or similar administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
