Title: Office Assistant
HIRING FULL TIME ASSISTANT FOR OUR HVAC & HOME REPAIR OFFICE.
We are a local, family HVAC & Home Remodel service company with over 45 years of service in Austin.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Administrative support to the office Staff
Speaking with customers
Scheduling HVAC appointments
Dispatch technicians
Confirmation phone calls with customers
Ordering repair parts/equipment
File equipment & labor warranties
Record completed invoices from field technicians
Maintaining an accurate database,
Minor filing and other duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Minimum Customer Service
Phone and computer skills required
Multi-Tasking & Problem-Solving Skills
Strong attention-to-detail
Heaving Lifting Up to 50lbs
Knowledge of Austin geographical service area is a plus
HVAC Service Background a plus

This position is an in office position only.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8 -5, and 1 Saturday morning per month, half day as needed.
