We're a family owned remodeling company and we need someone to help in our office. Your primary responsibility would be helping to write, edit, and format documents such as proposals and sending it to customers via email. You will occasionally need to talk to customers on the phone. Additional responsibilities include filing, spreadsheet management, email follow ups, checking the mail, and similar clerical duties.
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and excellent written communication skills. Customer service and/or office experience is a plus.
This is strictly a 1099 position, which means you get to take home 100% of your paycheck and manage your own taxes and write-offs. Please ask if you have questions about this, we're happy to help!
