Ideal position for a retired person for part-time employment as Manager for Brushy Creek Storage Depot. Facility is located on RR 620 near the intersection of Highway 45. The facility rents: (1) climate-controlled and drive up storage units, (2) covered boat/RV storage (3) completely enclosed boat/RV storage and (4) open area boat/RV storage. Starting salary is $18.50/hour, plus bonuses. Days/hours: Thursdays (9am-5:30 pm), Fridays and Saturdays (9am-5:00pm). Another Manager works Mondays-Wednesdays. Employees are trained how to use the property management software used to prepare rental contracts. No prior experience in self storage is required, but management and/or sales experience is desirable. Duties include showing storage units/boat spaces to customers, accepting rental payments, making deposits and responding to customers' requests.
