We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering superior customer service in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist with policy-related questions fluently in both English and Spanish.
Communication and Language Proficiency:
Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to ensure understanding and clarity.
Translate documents and correspondences accurately between English and Spanish.
Policy Support and Documentation:
Assist clients in understanding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documentation.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing them.
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Working Hours:
Part-time hours: [10 AM - 4 PM: Monday - Friday]
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience.
