Female Real Estate Broker in central/east Austin looking for detail-oriented, Real Estate Assistant to provide superior coordination of the Broker's duties utilizing superior customer service, computer skills and professionalism. They should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 3 years Real Estate experience and Real estate license is REQUIRED.
This detail-oriented, professional will be responsible for performing tasks to efficiently run the broker's business by performing a variety of responsibilities with confidence.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
Oversee all listing files.
Work with and coordinate all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc.
Continue to take day to day office tasks away from Broker, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
Show property as needed.
Qualifications:
Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues.
Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents and excellent writing skills.
Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
Learning based and solution oriented, concerned with doing things the right way the first time
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations, maintain client and team confidentiality.
Can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
Proficient in time management
Real estate license REQUIRED
