Trillionaire Realty has an immediate opportunity for a “local listing agent” to join our brokerage and list REO / Hedge Fund properties for our bank clients. I am Chris Lawrence, the Broker of Trillionaire Realty in 32 states. I have an office in Austin, TX and I have clients ready to assign listings to me; however, they require I have a local agent.
As you probably know, there is a wave of REO properties coming to the market due to the market shift and looming recession. The responsibilities are very minimal and will not take much time. Our administrative team does most of the work.
You will average between $500-2,000 per month with honestly not much work at all.
You will receive the buyer leads that come from our listings.
You will have additional income opportunities by doing property visits for pictures.
You will be required to hang your license with our office.
