We are a small real estate company doing mostly leasing throughout the entire Austin area. We have an abundance of leasing leads and are looking for a couple more agents to join our team. All of our agents work independently and with minimal support from the broker. We offer more generous leasing commission splits than most locating companies:
60/40 split on first $3000 per month
70/30 split on everything over $3000 per month
80/20 split on agents own leasing leads
These are the basic requirements for the position:
active real estate license
minimum of 20 completed leasing transactions
membership with the Austin Board of Realtors
ability to work full time
willingness to work both apartment and MLS leads
