Description:
Atlas Storage is hiring a part-time property manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility.
This role can be performed on flexible hours and is maximum 5 hours/week.
In this role you'll be 100% responsible for the operations on-site of the property.
This includes:
- Cleaning out units after the tenant moves out
- Weekly lock checks
- Weekly walk throughs and trash clean up
- Facilitating working with any tenants or contractors on a case-by-case basis
- Alerting management when new supplies are needed on site
Who Should Apply:
- Someone with excellent communication skills
- Doesn't mind occasionally moving leftover debris if a tenant doesn't fully clean out their unit
- Wants the autonomy to manage a property on their own
