We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Operations Manager to assist a real estate Broker in a part-time capacity. This role requires approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Organization: You will be responsible for maintaining the broker's schedule and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Phone Etiquette: Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Goal-driven: We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in data entry and research is required for managing various administrative and operational tasks.
Social Media: Previous experience with platforms such as ChatGPT, Instagram, Google, Facebook, etc., is preferred, or a willingness to learn and utilize these tools.
Real Estate Experience: Experience with REO (Real Estate Owned) properties is a huge plus, as it will allow you to bring valuable expertise to the role.
Initiative: We value individuals who go above and beyond their assigned tasks to assist with time management, handling lock boxes, coordinating with photographers, and other related duties.
Growth Mindset: As the business expands, there will be opportunities for salary increases, providing a motivating environment for personal growth.
No active real estate license required, but one could help you earn commissions with leases and referrals from me in addition to the hourly salary.
Starting pay is $15-$20 per hour + Bonus when we meet our goals.
