But if you are organized and well spoken and can grasp the sales concepts we will teach you this will be one of the most lucrative opportunities for you.

Market research shows us that the Greater Austin Area has over 500,000 single family homes. We find in most neighborhoods that 1% of those people are ACTIVELY taking on estimates to replace their fence. That means at any given time in the area there are 5,000 people currently looking to replace their fence.
Your job would be to find that 1%!
There are two types of people we are looking for:
1. People Person - You enjoy talking with people and learning about them. You care about people and your main motivation on a daily basis is finding a personal connection. You're talkative and love to tell stories. You are the star of your world and everyone will be better after speaking with you whether you help them or not.
2. Go-Getter - You enjoy winning. You are goal oriented. Success is your main priority. Your determination will win the day and you will find your success in the day. You enjoy hard work. You revel in achieving your goals.
The is $3/LF. That's $3 per linear foot. The average size fence in Austin is 250 linear feet. Your average sale is going to worth $750. 33% of your commission comes when the customer makes their initial deposit. And the remainder after they pay for the fence in full.
To start you can expect to sell 500 feet of fence per week. And eventually you should be able to sell 1000 feet or more per week very consistently.
Unlike other sales positions, we DO NOT require you to babysit your sold jobs or chase down payment from customers (though you can if you want).
The hours our sales people work is typically 3pm to 7pm Monday through Friday.
As a sales person we have a structured advancement program where based on your sales you can open and own your own location paid for by us as fast as one year.
