our independent agency is looking for a new team member to help assist with new and current clients as we expand ! This role would play a huge part in our sales department, but daily tasks would include the following.
DAILY DUTIES:
answer phone calls & emails
quote and bind policies for new or existing clients
review renewal accounts to ensure clients are always receiving the most affordable options
send follow up reminders for payments
make calls for past due payments
marketing from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
previous experience in a insurance setting is preferred
license is not required, but preferred
phone etiquette
cold call experience is a plus
