We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals and licensed independent life insurance agents to join our fast-paced Final Expense Telesales team. This is a remote position and no cold calling is necessary. If you’re an independent insurance agent, and you are passionate about helping families prepare for the future and thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Final Expense life insurance policies over the phone to clients across the country
- Handle inbound live transfers and make outbound follow-up calls
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge
- Follow a proven sales system and daily workflow
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid life insurance license (or must be willing to obtain in)
- A reliable home office setup, including:
. Two or more monitors
. Noise-canceling headset
. High-speed internet
. Strong cell reception or VoIP capabilities
. Use the recommended CRM to meet compliance requirements
. Must maintain own E&O insurance
. Excellent communication skills and a goal-driven mindset
. Ability and willingness to invest in leads (no minimum amounts - the more you invest, the more you will earn)
