100% Uncapped commission - 10% of gross sales

Blade Runner Landscapes and Tree Service is a fast-growing company specializing in commercial landscape maintenance and tree services. We’re looking for a motivated sales professional to help us expand in Austin, TX.
The Role
Find and close new business with property managers (HOAs, office parks, retail centers).
Conduct site visits and provide tailored proposals to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (landscape or property management preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
Local knowledge of Austin is a plus!
