Position Overview

The Relocation Manager is responsible for assisting homeowners who are moving into new residences with state-of-the-art home security solutions. This role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and in-home expertise to help families protect what matters most while ensuring a seamless transition during their move.

You’ll act as the primary point of contact for new movers, educating them on security options, smart home integration, and professional monitoring benefits — and closing sales directly in-home or over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact recent homebuyers or families relocating into new homes.

Present tailored home security and smart home packages through in-home consultations.

Build rapport and trust with customers through clear communication and expert product knowledge.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead contact, needs assessment, proposal, closing, and installation scheduling.

Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Coordinate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.

Stay up to date on product updates, competitive offerings, and local housing trends.

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proven success in direct or door-to-door sales (home services, security systems, solar, or related industries preferred).

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital scheduling tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
